Refund Policy and Money-Back Guarantee

Speedup Media may offer a money-back guarantee for eligible services, subject to the following conditions:

Minimum Advertising Budget: The client must spend the minimum advertising budget specified by Speedup Media in the written proposal or service agreement throughout the agreed campaign period.

Exclusive Use of Our Strategy: The client must follow and implement the advertising strategy, funnel structure, targeting, campaign setup, and lead follow-up process prescribed by Speedup Media. The client must not independently modify, replace, or combine the agreed strategy with other marketing strategies without our prior written approval.

Client Cooperation: The client must provide the required information, access, creative approvals, sales support, and other cooperation necessary to execute the agreed strategy.

Campaign Period: The client must allow the full agreed campaign period to be completed before requesting a refund under the guarantee.

Proof of Compliance: The client must provide reasonable evidence of advertising expenditure and compliance with the agreed strategy if requested by Speedup Media.

Refund Eligibility: A refund will be considered only if the client satisfies all applicable eligibility conditions stated in the written offer or service agreement and the specific guaranteed outcome has not been achieved within the agreed period.

Exclusions: The guarantee does not apply where the client fails to maintain the required advertising budget, deviates from the approved strategy without written approval, delays implementation, withholds necessary access or information, or otherwise prevents the agreed system from being implemented as specified.

Written Agreement Prevails: The exact advertising budget, campaign duration, guaranteed outcome, measurement criteria, and refund procedure must be documented in the applicable service agreement or offer. These details will determine eligibility for a refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes any refund or other right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
